Photographers are required by law to request models for permission to publish photo images. Although we do not require photographers to send us permission statements from every model, we strongly recommend that models fill out this standard form.

I                                                                          grant the complete and exclusive right                                                                          to publish color and black-and-white images depicting me either completely or partially under my real or assumed name. I hereby grant the complete and exclusive right to display my images at exhibitions, to use them for advertising, publishing and other purposes that do not run counter to national legislation. I hereby waive the right to edit my images. I will not infringe upon the author’s right to publish them. I hereby authorize their editing, retouching, darkening, distorting and other changes, as well as the use of optical illusions, both intentional and unintentional, in composite photos prior to publication of final image versions. I hereby certify that I will not contest image copyright and related property rights. This is to certify that I have reached full legal age and therefore have the right to sign this agreement. I hereby confirm that I have read this permission statement, version and agreement prior to signing.
